Signing in

When you continue with Google we receive your Google account ID, email address (and whether Google verified it), your name and profile photo link. We keep those to run your account. Google access tokens are discarded, never stored. A session cookie keeps you signed in; it is not used for advertising.

What stays private

Trips, trip notes and trip costs are visible only to you and the artists you invite. Workspace search reports and travel plans only count towards public city information if you gave aggregate consent, and then only as rounded or thresholded numbers. Public pages never depend on who is viewing them.

What becomes public

Only what you choose to publish: your artist profile if you make it public, community messages (shown with your artist name, or your first name), and events you submit once an admin approves them. The organizer contact on an event submission and the evidence on a studio claim are seen by admins only.

Usage statistics

We count page views, searches and saves without cookies for tracking: no IP address, no precise location, no advertising IDs, and page addresses without their query or private trip IDs.

You can export your data or delete your account from your account settings.
